Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Some categories of items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, customized or final-sale products, are non-returnable. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days once the return is received and inspected.
