How do I place an order?

Where do you ship from?

We work with multiple fulfillment centers worldwide. Orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address that has stock available.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Sometimes products may ship separately if they come from different warehouses or suppliers. Don’t worry—you will receive all items in your order, and no extra shipping fees will be charged.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
