What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

  • PayPal: Pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account or debit/credit card.

What if my payment fails?
There may be several reasons why your payment could not be processed (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card, bank restrictions, or poor internet connection). Please reach out to our customer support team via email and provide details and/or a screenshot (if possible) so we can assist you.

Order

Where can I find my order confirmation?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your Spam/Promotion folders.

What if I didn’t receive my order confirmation?
If you haven’t received any confirmation within 60 minutes, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We’ll verify your order and resend the confirmation email.

Why does my order status show “Payment Pending”?
This usually means that your payment has not been fully processed. If the payment failed, you should have received an email with instructions to reattempt the payment. Please do not create a new order to avoid duplication—contact us and we will provide a secure link for payment completion.

I paid, but my order status hasn’t updated after 24 hours. What should I do?
If your payment has been deducted but the order status has not updated, please reach out to our support team. We will verify the transaction and update your order manually.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours after placing it. After this timeframe, orders are processed automatically and we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. Please review your items, shipping address, and contact details carefully before confirming your purchase.
