Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
In the event of a delay (such as product out of stock, payment verification issues), you will be notified promptly via email.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery timeframe: 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
These are estimated timeframes only and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to factors beyond our control (customs clearance, severe weather, public health restrictions, strikes, etc.).
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments if items are sourced from different warehouses.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
For international orders, additional duties, customs fees, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the order leaves our warehouse.
If your tracking number does not show movement immediately, please allow some time for the carrier to update the status.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
GLAMOVAS is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date or the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund according to our policies.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, and orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses.
Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
